By accessing or using the NeroVibes platform ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

NeroVibes provides AI-powered algorithmic cryptocurrency trading signals for informational purposes only. Our signals are generated by proprietary quantitative models analyzing Binance market data. NeroVibes does NOT execute trades on your behalf and does NOT manage or hold any funds.

3. Not Financial Advice

NeroVibes is not a registered investment advisor, broker, dealer, or financial institution. The signals, data, and analysis provided through this Service do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such. NeroVibes does not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. Nothing on this Service should be taken as an offer to buy or sell securities or cryptocurrency. Do your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decision.

4. Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that: (a) you may lose some or all of your investment, (b) NeroVibes is not responsible for any losses incurred from acting on signals, (c) you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, (d) you should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Subscription & Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at ₺500/month. Payments are processed through our authorized payment processor. A free trial period of 5 days is available for new users — no payment information is required to start a trial. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Premium features are activated automatically upon successful payment verification.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each person is entitled to one free trial. Attempts to create multiple accounts to abuse the trial system will result in account suspension. You must provide accurate information during registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, models, data analysis methods, and intellectual property on the NeroVibes platform are owned by NeroVibes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeroVibes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
