Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

NeroVibes offers a 5-day free trial for new users. During this trial period, you have full access to all premium features at no cost. No payment information is required to start a trial. The free trial is completely free of charge — you will not be billed during or after the trial unless you explicitly choose to subscribe. We encourage you to fully evaluate the service during this period before making a purchase decision.

2. Subscription Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed at ₺500/month through our authorized payment processor. Payments are non-recurring; you manually renew each month. There are no automatic charges. Your premium access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Since we offer a generous free trial period that does not require any payment, refunds are generally not provided for subscription payments. However, we believe in fair treatment and refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Technical issues preventing access to the service for more than 48 hours
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Service not matching the described features at time of purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase via email at support@nerovibes.com or Telegram at @NeroVibesOfficial. Please include your payment confirmation, registered email, and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Upon refund, your premium access will be immediately revoked.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Since payments are monthly and non-recurring, simply do not renew for the next month. Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current paid period. No cancellation fees apply.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
